Gogara International is plastic recycling export company in Pakistan. Plastic Recycling Specialists Metal Recycling Specialists
We took recycled old UPVC windows and doors (Post Consumer), UPVC window off-cuts (New Production), UPVC bar length extrusions, polythene, ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Re-using old window and door frames and the off-cuts from new UPVC products makes both commercial and environmental sense. By exporting recycled items we save land-fill which would take decades, if not centuries, to break down and disappear. We also do all types of toll work, collection, granulation, color separation, and delivery back to your factory. Our service saves green-house gas emissions and reduces the environmental impact of building domestic and commercial premises.
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polyethylene high-density (PEHD) is a polyethylene thermoplastic made from petroleum. It is sometimes called "alkathene" or "polythene" when used for pipes. With a high strength-to-density ratio, HDPE is used in the production of plastic bottles, corrosion-resistant piping, geomembranes, and plastic lumber. HDPE is commonly recycled, and has the number "2" as its resin identification code (formerly known as recycling symbol).
Polyvinyl chloride, more correctly but unusually poly(vinyl chloride), commonly abbreviated PVC, is the third-most widely produced synthetic plastic polymer, after polyethylene and polypropylene.
PVC comes in two basic forms: rigid (sometimes abbreviated as RPVC) and flexible. The rigid form of PVC is used in construction for pipe and in profile applications such as doors and windows. It is also used for bottles, other non-food packaging, and cards (such as bank or membership cards). It can be made softer and more flexible by the addition of plasticizers, the most widely used being phthalates. In this form, it is also used in plumbing, electrical cable insulation, imitation leather, signage, inflatable products, and many applications where it replaces rubber.
Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) is a thermoplastic made from the monomer ethylene. It was the first grade of polyethylene, produced in 1933 by Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) using a high pressure process via free radical polymerization. Its manufacture employs the same method today. The EPA estimates 5.7% of LDPE (recycling number 4) is recycled. Despite competition from more modern polymers, LDPE continues to be an important plastic grade. In 2013 the worldwide LDPE market reached a volume of about US$33 billion.
Gogara International is a famous company who has been also engaged in producing Paste PVC Resin which is a homo-polymer of PVC. Our produced paste can be used in wide array of purposes such as for spraying, foaming, coating cloth, rotary forming, and macerating. Also, it performs a supportive when it is being mixed with plasticizer and some solution agents.
We have a large variety of this paste for various production needs such as paste grade PVC resin, PVC resin for wall paper, PVC paste resin for wall paper, toy PVC resin, PVC paste resin for window screens, PVC paste resin/EPVC, wall paper PVC paste resin K value 67, PVC resin factory, toy PVC paste resin k value 62-68, paste PVC for PU leather, PVC paste resin for PU leather, PVC paste resin polymerization degree 1000, PVC paste resin for conveyor, paste PVC resin grade, PVC paste resin k value 67, and PVC paste resin k value 62-68 etc.
Normally, this PVC which is also a thermoplastic resin and shows great usefulness in processing and various applications surpasses different thermoplastic materials. It is can be easily found in paste form or even in micro fine powder. But, it is available from our company in quality form of light white paste which can be used commonly for manufacturing of different PVC products such as pipes, films and sheets, cables, flooring and wallpaper, medical gloves, carpets, electrical components, automobile components, synthetic leathers and sash etc.
Gogara International is dedicated to supply this unique type of polymer which is one of the oldest formations of plastic. It has been recognized in the world since a long time and is still providing widespread services in producing useful products of daily routine. This Paste PVC Resin has been frequently employed in the manufacturing of various daily used products and is providing its high level of services.
